By using ContentPilot AI (“the site”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The tools

ContentPilot AI provides free, no-signup AI tools for creators: an AI Caption Generator, AI Reel Script Generator, Viral Hook & Content Idea Generator, AI Hashtag Generator, YouTube Description Generator, AI Bio Generator, and Headline Analyzer. Each tool is subject to a daily free-generation limit per IP address, shown on that tool's page — these limits exist to keep the free tier usable and cost-sustainable, and may change without notice as usage grows.

AI-generated output — no guarantee

Everything the tools produce — captions, scripts, hooks, hashtags, descriptions, bios, headline scores and rewrites — is AI-generated and provided as a starting point, not a finished, verified product. You must review it before publishing. Specifically:

• Hooks and content ideas are designed to increase curiosity, clarity, and viewer attention — not a guarantee of virality.
• Hashtag recommendations are strategic suggestions, not guaranteed ranking or reach predictions.
• The Headline Analyzer score is an AI-generated content quality/attention score, not a predicted click-through rate or any other real-world outcome metric.
• The tools may occasionally produce output that is inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific audience or platform. You are responsible for fact-checking and editing before you publish anything the tools generate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts) to call the generation endpoints directly, outside the site's own interface.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or daily generation caps.
• Use the tools to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Use the tools to generate spam, mass-produced low-quality content at scale, or disinformation.

We reserve the right to block traffic that appears to violate these terms, including through the automated bot-detection measures already applied to every generation request.

No uptime guarantee

The site is provided “as is”, without a service-level agreement or uptime guarantee at this stage. AI provider outages, rate-limit exhaustion, or maintenance may make a tool temporarily unavailable.

Ownership of output

You may use the content generated for you for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. We make no claim of ownership over the specific output generated for your input. We can't guarantee any given output is unique — similar inputs from different users may produce similar output.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
